MEET THE STAFF
KIMBERLY RIEBSOMER, MS
Kimberly has managed the Home and Community Based Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DDW) and the Medically Fragile Waiver (MFW) with the Human Services Department (HSD) for the NM Medical Assistance Division (MAD). She worked with the MAD Quality Assurance Bureau (QAB) monitoring quality and service delivery compliance, monitoring performance and tracking measures. She has worked as a case manager with the Traditional DDW. She has worked as the head case manager of an ICF/IDD (Institutional Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Delays).

Dr. JULIA BAIN LPCC, NCC, CEAP
Dr. Bain is the co-owner of Me Town Enterprises, LLC, serving as a Mi Via Consultant for the Developmental Disabilities Self-Directed Waiver Program, Supports Waiver for the great State of NM, Support Broker for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Western Sky Members, NM Medicaid Self Directed Community Benefit Program. Dr. Bain is a professional trainer, keynote speaker, and consults with organizations on a variety of topics, always emphasizing empowerment and the importance of self-regulation and responsibility one has to self, others, and community to enjoy life, work hard, and facilitate goodwill and humor.
